Ensemble Travel Group – ‘Flavours of Tuscany’ Terms and Conditions
Inclusions: Ensemble's ‘Flavours of Tuscany include the following products and services:
- Air and ground transportation as described
- Accommodation & activities as described
- Meals and beverages as described
- All hotel taxes & service charges
Price Increase Guarantee: Ensemble Travel Group guarantees that the price will not increase once a deposit is received and processed. Fuel surcharges, government imposed taxes, and services fees are not protected by this guarantee.
Deposit Requirements: 10% of full fare is required as a deposit at time of booking. Deposit is non-refundable
Final Payment Requirements: Final payment must be received 45 days prior to departure.Verbal authorization to use the credit card for deposit and/or final payment indicates cardholder full compliance and agreement, with the booking terms and conditions whether or not a credit card draft has been signed. Non-payment on the due date may result in automatic cancellation with applicable penalties.
Cancelled or Delayed Bookings: Ensemble Travel Group reserves the right, for whatever cause or reason, to cancel or postpone departure and shall not be liable for any loss to guests by reasons of such cancellation or postponement.
Cancellation Fee Schedule: Upon receipt of written cancellation requests, the following schedule will apply.
60 to 45 days prior to departure 50% of the full tour price is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs 45 days or less prior to departure the cancellation fee is 100% of total price
Non appearance Failure to join the Ensemble Flavours of Tuscany tour on the departure date and/or failure to participate in a portion of the trip will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
Government Taxes and Fees: All applicable government taxes and fees, at time of publication are not included. Any applicable increase in these taxes and fees will be passed on to the passenger and be reflected on the invoice accordingly.
Gratuities: Price does not include gratuities for tour director, motorcoach driver, local city guides.
Documentation: It is the sole responsibility of the guest to obtain all necessary documentation required by the relevant government authorities.. This includes, but is not limited to, passport requirements, visas, inoculations and vaccinations. In the event that a guest does not possess the necessary documentation required by any governmental agency or vendor such as cruise line, airline or government authorities for entry into the destination and is subsequently refused entry, Ensemble Travel Group accepts no liability and no refund will be issued.
Tickets: Documents will be distributed to your Ensemble Travel Agency approximately 20 to 25 days prior to departure.
Baggage: The amount of personal baggage allowed varies by transportation type and vendor. Contact your Ensemble Travel Agency for further details on the individual baggage polices of the vendors involved. , Ensemble Travel Group is not responsible for damaged, misplaced or lost baggage or other personal property of guest.
Health and Medical Matters: Each guest represents and warrants that he or she is physically and otherwise fit to travel on the applicable Ensemble Bon Vivant Flavours of Tuscany Tour Any physical disability that may require attention or treatment must be reported to Ensemble Travel Group at the time of booking. Guests confined to a wheelchair must notify Ensemble Travel Group at time of booking and should recognize that conditions at some points in the journey may preclude them from participating in specific excursions, events, or activities. Customers whose physical conditions requires so requires must ensure they have sufficient quantities of any required medications with them and they must carry such medication with them as carry on baggage at all time.
Itinerary: Guests acknowledge that the scheduled itinerary is subject to delay, modification or cancellation due to weather and other causes beyond the control of Ensemble Travel Group. Ensemble Travel Group reserves the right to make itinerary changes provided that in doing so reasonable attempts are made to make the substitution to the same benefit or advantage to the guest.
Special Dietary Requirements: Please advise your Ensemble Travel Agency between four and six weeks prior to departure of any special dietary requirements you may have.
Special Occasions: If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, honeymoon or other special occasion during this tour, allow us to celebrate with you by having your travel agent advise your Ensemble Travel Agency of such occasions at least four weeks prior to your departure.
Valuables: Ensemble Travel Group is not responsible for any personal articles such as money, jewelry, cameras, binoculars, documents or any other items which you retain personally or in the accommodation.
Responsibilities: The transportation of guests and baggage is governed by the terms and conditions printed on the Passage Contract (the ticket). Your acceptance of the ticket constitutes agreement to those terms and conditions. Among other rights reserved by Ensemble Travel Group, it may choose not to accept any person as a guest on the Ensemble Flavours of Tuscany Tour. This tour may be cancelled, shortened or lengthened as circumstances so demand. While the greatest care has been taken to offer the finest services available, Ensemble Travel Group is not to be held responsible for any act, event or omission during the time that guests are utilizing services not arranged by Ensemble Travel Group. All arrangements for air transportation, lodging, transfers and excursions are made by Ensemble Travel Group solely as an agent for the suppliers of the services featured. Each guest agrees not to hold Ensemble Travel Group, its owners, agents, directors or representatives liable, in the absence of its own negligence, for any loss, injury, expense or damage which results either directly or indirectly from any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, of any person or firm which provides any goods or services in connection with the trip or any available option. Without limiting the foregoing, Ensemble Travel Group shall have no liability to any guests for the quality of services and the condition of cleanliness at a hotel or housing facility, or for any transportation delay, including, but not limited to liability for inconvenience, shortened vacation time, additional expense, or any other kind of damage. Ensemble Travel Group also expressly disclaims all responsibility of any nature whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury to property or person from the provision of any air or motorcoach transportation.
